News : Ensemble Studios Shutting Down!
News
 OMG.
Ensemble Studios, makers of the Age of Empires series and most importantly the game that this clan was formed around, Age of Empires III, is shutting down once Halo Wars has been released. This decision was apparently not made because of the quality and success of Ensemble's games, but as move by Micro$oft to further their financial plans. This is a sad day for all of us.

Fortunately not all hope is lost. A selection of Ensemble employees will be forming a new studio under a different name and continue to work on unannounced projects (as well as supporting Halo Wars). I wish them good luck, and hopefully we will see more Age of Empires in the future.

There is still a lot we don't know. Will ESO continue to run? Will the Age of Empires series continue? Only time will tell.

Confirmation story is at Gamespot. So far it is the most news available.

 I found this article posted on AgeCommunity.com, which redirected me to AoE3.heavengames.com.

 Age of Empires III Heaven interviewed the administrator and webmaster of AgeSanctuary.com, which could easily be recognized as the most well-organized and relevant recorded game sites. You might want to register and check it out if you haven't already, and if you have, you know how easy it can be to find a recording of that new civ you want to try out this particular hour, and exactly how to learn from it.
